Responsible gaming

Funded games can lose real money. A high multiplier, bonus, fairness receipt or theoretical return does not promise a profit. Gambling is not a way to earn income or recover previous losses.

Decide your boundaries before playing

• Set a personal spending limit using money you can afford to lose. Do not borrow or use money needed for essentials.
• Set a time limit, take breaks and stop when that limit is reached.
• Do not chase losses or increase your wager to recover them.
• Avoid playing when distressed, tired or under the influence.
• Stop autoplay from its controls whenever you want to pause. A spin already accepted still settles.

Open Player controls in your account menu to set daily USD limits for new deposit invoices and funded wagers. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC and can be lowered immediately. Contact support to request an increase. Payments sent to an existing deposit address may still complete. A 24-hour or seven-day play break blocks new game entries and new deposit invoices until it expires; existing rounds can settle and withdrawals remain accessible. Browser session reminders are available every 30, 60 or 120 minutes. For a longer account restriction, contact support.

Free Play is different from funded USD

Free Play credits are nonredeemable. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for crypto or used as an indication that funded play will produce the same results. Stop using Free Play as well if it makes it harder to take a break from gambling.

Recognize when play is causing harm

Warning signs include spending more than planned, hiding activity, borrowing to play, neglecting responsibilities or feeling unable to stop. You do not need to wait for a financial crisis to seek help.
