These terms govern Obsidian Games at obsidianpay.io. Contact us at support@obsidianpay.io.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to register. Do not use funded games where doing so is prohibited for you. You are responsible for protecting your login details, using your own account and telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Connected sign-in providers also apply their own terms.
Free Play and funded balances
Free Play credits are virtual and nonredeemable. Free Play credits and winnings remain separate from the funded USD balance and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or crypto. Signed-in players can claim 100 Free Play credits once per UTC day, regardless of the current Free Play balance. Each confirmed deposit also awards 150 Free Play credits. Quotes in fiat or crypto are informational estimates only.
Crypto deposits and withdrawals
The Wallet is available after sign-in. Crypto deposits and withdrawal requests appear there when payments are enabled. The Deposit and Withdraw tabs show current availability, supported assets, networks and requirements before you proceed.
A deposit invoice shows the coin, network, exact coin amount, QR code, payment address and any required destination tag. Use that address only for that invoice and send only the displayed coin on the displayed network. An invoice alone does not credit your balance. After the provider confirms payment, the net coin amount after provider and network fees converts to the funded USD balance at a fresh quoted rate. A payment sent on the wrong network or without a required tag may not be recoverable.
Withdrawals use the funded USD balance only and have a US$10.00 minimum request. A fresh authenticator code is required to submit a request. We are not accepting ID document uploads through the site. The requested USD amount is reserved during operator review. If approved, the payout coin amount is calculated at the rate available at approval and the operator arranges payment through NOWPayments. A request is not a completed payout. A rejected request releases the reserved funds. Provide a correct destination address, network and any required tag. Network and provider fees and processing times may vary. Do not send identity documents through public chat, support chat or email.
Community rain
Every four hours, 0.5% of settled funded wager amounts contributes to a community rain pool. Free Play wagers do not contribute. A signed-in player with a settled funded wager during that four-hour cycle can join in chat during the one-minute entry window, which opens two minutes before the draw. If the pool is below US$10.00 or no eligible player joins, the amount remains in the pool for the next draw. Otherwise it is divided among entrants by rank weight: Bronze 1, Silver 2, Gold 3, Platinum 4, Diamond 6 and Onyx 10. A player's rank is recorded when they join. Rain prizes credit the withdrawable funded USD balance.
Games and responsible play
Funded wagers can lose money. A game result, bonus, displayed multiplier or theoretical return does not guarantee a profit. The game information panels describe the applicable rules. Fair use, chat and account restrictions
Do not exploit errors, automate abusive traffic, interfere with game integrity, impersonate others, or post unlawful or harassing content in chat. Moderators may remove or pin chat messages and impose temporary chat mutes. Administrators may ban accounts; a ban revokes active sessions and blocks sign-in. Contact support@obsidianpay.io if you want a restriction reviewed or need help with a remaining funded balance. Game results and balances may be corrected when a technical error is confirmed.
Availability and changes
We may update games, features, and these terms. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security. Payment access and availability may change; material changes will be reflected in these terms.
